Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and the choices you have.

This Policy applies to Clear Presence Marketing websites, services, and communications associated with clearpresence.io (and any subdomains) and related properties.

Information Collected

  • Contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and any message you submit via forms.
  • Communication preferences and consent records, including whether you ask to be contacted by phone, email, or SMS/MMS.
  • Business information you share when requesting a quote or project (e.g., website URL, goals, service area).
  • Usage data, such as pages visited, referring URLs, device and browser information, and general location derived from IP address.
  • Cookies and similar technologies that help operate the site, remember preferences, and measure performance.

Sensitive personal information is not knowingly collected unless voluntarily provided for a clear purpose (for example, to include in website content).

How Information Is Used

Information is used to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide quotes or services you request.
  • Contact you by email, phone, or SMS/MMS about your request, project, or service-related updates when you provide your information or consent to those communications.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the site and services.
  • Personalize content and communications.
  • Analyze performance and usage to improve user experience.
  • Measure advertising results, including enquiries, booked meetings, qualified leads, and confirmed sales, and use those results to improve advertising.
  • Protect against fraud, abuse, or security risks.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Measurement

Cookies and similar technologies may be used to operate the site, remember preferences, understand visits, and measure advertising results. Tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us understand website use. Google Search Console provides information about how the site appears in Google Search.

Advertising measurement can record page visits, contact-button clicks, submitted forms, confirmed bookings, and confirmed sales. Event information can include the time, page URL, referral or campaign information, browser information, IP address, and browser or advertising-click identifiers when available. Information may be sent through a browser tag or directly from our server. Recording an event does not guarantee that it can be connected to a particular ad or person.

We use Google Ads and OpenAI’s ChatGPT advertising tools to measure advertising results. For conversion matching, a normalized, hashed version of an email address or phone number you provide may be shared with the relevant provider. This helps connect an enquiry, booking, or later customer outcome to an advertising interaction. Hashing changes the format of an identifier; it does not make the information anonymous.

Google call measurement may also use a Google forwarding number and call details, such as the caller’s number, call time, and duration, to attribute calls to advertising.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

When enabled, Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API may send website and conversion events to Meta to measure and improve advertising. The information can include the event, time, page URL, browser information, original visitor IP address, and Meta browser or ad-click identifiers when available.

For completed enquiries, confirmed bookings, reviewed qualified leads, and confirmed sales, a normalized, hashed version of the email address associated with that action may also be sent to Meta for conversion matching. Phone-link clicks do not include an email address. We do not include phone numbers, message contents, or SMS/MMS consent and text-message opt-in records in Meta advertising measurement. A hashed email address is still used to match records; it is not anonymous.

Your Choices

You can manage cookies in your browser settings and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can manage Google’s personalized advertising through My Ad Center and Meta advertising preferences through your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

Browser cookie controls and advertising preferences do not necessarily stop all server-side conversion measurement. You can contact [email protected] to ask about advertising data use or exercise applicable privacy rights. Any consent required for advertising data collection or sharing is separate from SMS consent, submitting an enquiry, or accepting our Terms of Service.

If you are in the EEA or UK, legal bases for processing may include:

  • Performance of a contract (e.g., providing services you request)
  • Legitimate interests (e.g., site security, service improvement, marketing your inquiry)
  • Consent (e.g., non-essential cookies, optional marketing communications)
  • Legal obligations

Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent enquiry or SMS subscriber lists. Information may be shared with:

  • Service providers that help operate the site or deliver services (for example, hosting, analytics, form processing, email delivery, or message delivery), only as needed to provide services on behalf of Clear Presence Marketing and not for their own marketing.
  • Advertising and measurement providers, including Google, OpenAI, and Meta, for the purposes and with the provider-specific limits described above. Their use of the information is also subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.
  • Professional advisors (accountants, legal counsel) under confidentiality.
  • Authorities, if required by law or to protect rights or users.
  • Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or reorganization.

SMS/MMS consent records and text messaging opt-in data are not shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are not sold or rented as marketing lists. The limited use of hashed contact identifiers for Google Ads and ChatGPT Ads conversion matching is described above; Meta conversion matching excludes phone numbers.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except service providers that support message delivery on behalf of Clear Presence Marketing.

SMS and Mobile Messaging

If you provide a mobile phone number, Clear Presence Marketing may contact you by call or SMS/MMS about your inquiry, project, or requested services.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your request and the services being discussed.

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. You can also request that SMS communications stop by contacting [email protected].

Data Retention

Information is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above or as required by law. When no longer needed, reasonable steps are taken to delete, anonymize, or securely store it.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have rights to data portability and to withdraw consent.

To exercise your rights, use the contact information below. A response will be provided as required by applicable law.

Children’s Privacy

Services are not directed to children under 13, and personal information from children is not knowingly collected. If you believe personal information has been collected from a child, please use the contact details below so appropriate action can be taken.

International Transfers

Information may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. When personal data is transferred, appropriate safeguards are implemented as required by law.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted and the “Last updated” date above will be revised. A policy update or continued use of the site does not by itself supply consent where separate consent is required. Any additional notice or consent required for a change in data use must be provided before that change takes effect.
